J’ai peur des chevaux depuis que je suis tombée de l’un d’eux à 16 ans. C’est une de ces peurs silencieuses qui restent dans le corps et qui refont surface des années plus tard.
Alors quand mes deux filles sont tombées amoureuses de l’équitation, j’ai ressenti beaucoup de choses à la fois : l’inquiétude, la protection… et une vraie peur face à quelque chose qui m’effrayait encore.
Mais en voyant leur passion grandir, j’ai compris que j’avais un choix : je pouvais résister… ou je pouvais l’accueillir et tenter d’entrer dans leur univers avec elles.
Alors ici, au Maroc, vers la fin de notre voyage autour du monde, j’ai décidé de remonter à cheval. Pas parce que la peur avait disparu, mais parce que je ne voulais plus qu’elle décide de ce que je fais ou ne fais pas.
C’est ma façon de montrer à mes filles que le courage ce n’est ni parfait ni spectaculaire. Parfois c’est un acte discret. Parfois, c’est juste essayer à nouveau après des années.
Si toi aussi tu portes une peur depuis longtemps… cette vidéo est peut-être un signe pour faire un petit pas dans sa direction. 🐎✨

I’ve been afraid of horses since I fell off one when I was 16. The kind of fear that sits quietly in your body and shows up again years later.
So when both my daughters fell in love with horse riding… I felt worried, protective. And honestly — uncomfortable.
But watching their passion grow made me realize something: I could resist it… or I could embrace it.
So here in Morocco, towards the end of our world trip, I decided to get back on a horse. Not because the fear disappeared… but because I didn’t want it to make decisions for me anymore.
This was my way of showing my girls that courage isn’t loud or perfect. Sometimes it’s small. Sometimes it’s just trying again.
Here’s to rewriting old stories — at any age. And to facing the things that scare us, not to prove anything… but to grow alongside the people we love.

I kept skipping the beach.
Telling myself it was too crowded. Too hot. Too much.

But what I was really avoiding…
was my own reflection.
This version of my body — the one that’s changed. Softened. Adapted. Carried life.
Held me through stress, grief, motherhood, transitions.

This isn’t “extra weight.”
It’s memory.
And I’ve treated it like something to be erased.

But standing on a beach in Brazil,
watching women of every shape laughing freely —
I felt something shift…

What if your body doesn’t need to be fixed — just witnessed?
What if love came first — before the plan, before the change?

So today, I gave my body something I hadn’t in a long time.
Love.
And permission to be seen. That’s it.

J’évitais la plage.
Je me disais qu’il y avait trop de monde. Qu’il faisait trop chaud. Que c’était trop.

Mais ce que j’évitais vraiment…
c’était mon reflet dans le miroir.
Cette version de mon corps — celui qui a changé. Qui s’est adouci. Adapté.
Qui a porté la vie.
Qui m’a portée à travers le stress, le deuil, la maternité, les transitions.

Ce n’est pas du “poids en trop”.
C’est de la mémoire.
Et je l’ai traité comme quelque chose à effacer.

Mais sur une plage au Brésil,
en regardant des femmes de toutes les formes rire librement —
quelque chose a changé en moi.

Et si ton corps n’avait pas besoin d’être réparé — juste d’être vu?
Et si l’amour venait en premier — avant le changement?

Aujourd’hui, j’ai offert à mon corps quelque chose que je ne lui avais pas donné depuis longtemps.
De l’amour.

RIO – Wild, beautiful, unforgettable. 🇧🇷💫
This week, we soaked in the rhythm of Rio de Janeiro – from the iconic colors of Escadaria Selarón, to the soft sands of Copacabana and Ipanema, all watched over by the mighty Christ the Redeemer.

Came here with one of my best friends, and wow… this city holds magic. 🏞️🧡

But travel (like life) isn’t just highlight reels. We also got hit by a scam taxi that wiped out a big chunk of money from my sole pay account. 💸 It shook me, not just financially but energetically. Still… the lesson?
Stay open, but stay aware.

Not every moment is perfect, but every moment has purpose. And we’re here for all of it. 🌍✨

Pas parce que c’est exceptionnel — mais justement parce que ça arrive tous les jours.

La gratitude, ce n’est pas attendre quelque chose de grand.
C’est remarquer ce qui est déjà là, encore et encore.
